Declaration of Quarterly Cash Dividend

The Company's Board of Directors declared a regular quarterly cash dividend on the Company's Series A common stock of $0.03 per share payable on July 8, 2011, to stockholders of record at the close of business on June 17, 2011.

Annual Meeting of Stockholders

The Company also announced that its Annual Meeting of Stockholders will be convened at 10:00 a.m. Central Daylight Time on Tuesday, August 9, 2011, at the Company's headquarters, located at 916 South Burnside Avenue, Third Floor, Gonzales, Louisiana.
